Below is a clip which shows the area of which the last test shot describe as being more rural, more secluded and less busy with the public. This was a great choice as it included water to the side as well as leaves which is commonly used in pop music videos.
Here we gaining a variety of different shots which will allow us to have a choice of shots for our opening to the music video.
It mainly all went to plan apart from the fact that it was our first time using the skateboard and we had to change methods and people which were filming on the skateboard until we found the right way to film, this involved sitting on the skateboard while the other members of the group pushed it to move slowly behind the artist. This going caused a problem of time as this meant that we had to rush things as the sun was going down and we were losing light, but we wasn't going to compromise on quality mainly due to the fact this will be at the beginning of our video and should invite the views in.
The final shots from this filming session came out perfectly which was great for us as it meant that we could import it and filming the next part of our video. The natural light and water off to the side made the perfect Mise en scene which adds a massive amount to the video.
The small improvements of which we could of made are to test shot these shots with the use of a skateboard as this made us lose a lot of time from the camera man moving off to the side while filming, the next improvement would be the time of which we decided to film, this made things also drag out and hard as many people were walking through the shots due to the time being rush hour.
