The images below are the three main ideas that we have come up with for costumes, we have decided on these ideas as they are colourful and bold which will help with the artist image and make her stand out; these costumes are fitting in with our old fashioned, 1950's idea.
We ended up with these costume ideas due to that they needed to be bright to fit in with the conventions of our genre as well as being a little provocative to fit well in with that women are seen as a sex symbol in pop due to them flaunting themselves to sell their music and bring in their audience. The look which doesn't seem to take too long to create and spent mass amounts of effort putting together the pieces which our audience doesn't like, but instead look like they had thrown the dress on and look great.
