Shooting Schedule

Here is our Shooting Schedule which shows our final plan of the date/time, shot number (this is gained from the creation of our storyboards) location, actions, crew, equipment and any notes needed for the shot. From adding this amount of information it allows all the member to prepare correctly for the days work needed to be done, this will increase our chances of making sure that the video is complete and all of the shots are completed on that day. When creating it we all had to make sure that all of the days targets were acceptable as well as achievable because otherwise this could severely ruin our chances of getting all of the shots and work done and can have a knock on affect on the rest of the work needed for the final product; this would include the time left for post production.
The Shooting Schedule will allow us to follow the plan we created and stick to it, this will ensure that we can get all of our shots filmed in the time provided. This helps us know which shots to film and where and when we will need to turn up at the location for filming, this will ensure that there are no misinformed members in our group as we will all know where and when to arrive at the location.
